Truth is, I love my garden. Even when we lived up north, I had a nice house garden, with flowers that usually survived the winter. When we moved to this house, the garden was one massive juniper plant that overtook everything with its wild bristly branches. I tore it out, and decided not to remove the thousands and thousands of tons of rock around the house, but to paw through it to find soil, and replant. After three years, I walked out of my house yesterday to find this. Finally.
I know I should have noticed it earlier, but I’ve been inside working hard on a new series, and putting the final touches on the Minnesota Marshalls. I’m so excited that the ebook version of IRIS has hit Barnes and Noble, Kobo, and Apple, as well as libraries! If you are a non-Kindle reader, then TODAY (and the next two weeks) is your day. And, IRIS is still available at the SMWF store. And of course, it releases on August 8th on Amazon! I’m loving what people have to say!
By the way— you can win a FREE PRINT copy of IRIS if you sign up for the Goodreads Giveaway! The giveaway lasts until August 4th!
And, if you missed it, Fraser is still on sale for 99 cents on Amazon. A great way to get started on the series!
Also, good news— if you’re an audiobookophile, TATE, book 2 in the Marshall Family saga, is on sale until August 1st! Don’t miss this last weekend to grab it!
Speaking of pretty things…these are our friends Mark and Julie. They got married the same day we did, 34 years ago, and we’re celebrating our anniversary together this weekend. #lifelongfriends. This is us together at their son’s wedding a couple weeks ago. I think we’ve aged well!
Thank you for reading! Hope you have a moment to enjoy something beautiful this weekend.
Warmly,
