So, I know it’s not Tuesday, but let’s pretend. I was buried deep in writing a novel on Tuesday, looked up around 5pm and said…oops. No newsletter today.
So…let’s make up for that with ALL the news. ALL the pictures.

I was thinking today about how persistence and staying the course produces amazing things. Whether it’s writing books, or remodeling, or eating healthy…it’s hard work in the moment, but it’s such a joy to look back on the journey.
I was at breakfast this morning with my writing partner (Rachel Hauck)

And we talked about how if you haven’t been changed by the journey—whatever it is—you’ve missed the point. It’s not about the END. It’s about every step along the way. (Although the end is nice, too. 
)
I finished that book. It’s going to be a FREE PREQUEL to a new series (stay tuned—I’ll send it to you all first!) I think you’ll like it…but again, it’s about trusting God in the process…and relying on everyday grace.
