I spent the day looking at houses in Florida.
But during the SUPER COLD week, I managed to rewrite book #3 in the Marshall Family saga.

Our epic summer ending came early this weekend with the sudden appearance of our Navy Corpsman, home on leave before he moves to Sicily (yes, Italy) for his last three years of enlistment.
My amazing family dropped everything to come home. And I caught this sweet pix of Pete and Bubby after church.
I know we usually chat on Saturday, (hopefully right as you’re searching for that perfect book to read!) but I’m heading up to our writing cabin this weekend for our anniversary get-away (29 years with THIS GUY!)…
And on Saturday we’ll be doing something epic…

Hubs got a new car..
Now, before you get excited and think we’ve taken out a second mortgage–the car is a ’94. It’s as old as my Navy sailor. BUT, it IS fun.

We took her shopping…I love this one with her and her Pops. Now, finally, hubs has something to keep him busy in Walmart.
