It finally stopped raining in Minnesota, and today I looked up from my computer to see this:

I’ve been head down working hard on another story this week –mostly because hubs and I escaping next Friday for an Epic Anniversary Trip to Spain and Portugal.
I hope you had a fantastic Independence Day! Up here in beautiful Minnesota, it rained. And rained. And rained. He’s the current character invading my brain, poking at me to get his story told. Last night, at 7:53 p.m., I finished the rough draft of his story.

Yes, yes, Jubal, I am. But Mom is busy laying on the sofa after an exhausting twenty-three hour drive home from Florida over the weekend.
Jubal: I know, Mom, I was there.
