One week until the fun starts in my house and I can hardly wait! I’ve sent out a family poll today on what activities they wanted to do. This is our first Christmas in seven years that our entire family will be home for Christmas. (For some reason, my children love to travel and live overseas.
Never Mind the Toes!
I’m coming to you today from sunny Arizona! It’s a little bit crazy but I’m wearing sandals again. I clearly need a pedicure.
I’m hanging out with my business partner and good friend Lindsay Harrel. If you haven’t read her books, check out her website here. Right now, we’re planning all the fun things that we’re going to do over at Sunrise Publishing next year.
All the Thanksgiving fun!
Happy Thanksgiving! Not sure if I’m going to get a Friday e-mail out so I wanted to shoot you a note today. I mean really, who looks at our emails on Friday? Except if there’s deals. I’m all about the Black Friday Deals!
Last weekend I scooted down to Iowa to hang out with my daughter who is expecting.

A little time travel . . .
I’m coming to you from warm and sunny Dallas today. We are gathering together for a family wedding. It’s for my nephew Seth, who lived with us a while back when he was a teenager. This is a great picture of him playing football with my son, Noah.
Seth is the taller one.
Just who might show up??
I’m back in Minnesota this week and I’m catching up with all the fun news from last week. Namely, I want to say thank you for this!
It’s so fun to get the little orange sticker and I’m deeply grateful for all your support in picking up this novel. Thank you for all the great reviews as well.
Hot off the press!
I know you’re probably still reading Creed, but just in case you’re reaching the end and are looking for something fun and exciting to keep you going afterwards, I want to tell you about two fantastic books that just released!
The first is by the amazingly talented Robin Patchen. It’s a fast-paced romantic suspense that starts off with a bang and never stops!
What’s the main thing?
Happy Friday!
I’m writing from beautiful Napa, California, on our annual scoot out to visit our favorite wineries with our dear friends from Minnesota.
I’m not hurting in the area of cheese, either.
But most of all, I’m mulling over my next book…which I hope to start when I get back.
At long last!!
So, we made it home. Twenty-three hours of driving from Florida to Minnesota. At least one rascal was happy to see the journey come to an end.
