"I'll be seeing you again…."

The attacker's words still ring in Deputy Megan Peters's ears. Her attempt to trap the serial rapist terrorizing Lost Falls failed, but she has succeeded in becoming the target of his attention. Undaunted, Megan moves forward in her investigation, and Scott Anders, the only newcomer in town, draws her suspicion. Is his gentleness just an act? Yet as Megan and Scott grow closer, she finds herself questioning her instincts. What will she believe—her heart or the evidence that seems to be mounting against Scott?

She is a member of American Christian Fiction Writers, International Thriller Writers, RWA, Author’s Guild, Novelists Inc., the Faith, Hope and Love chapter of RWA, RWA’s Mystery & Suspense Chapter, Christian Writer’s Group International, and the Heart of Iowa Fiction Authors.

Roxanne lives in the country with her husband and their daughter, who has just graduated from high school. Two sons have already graduated from college.

Out on their acreage, they have two horses, two border collie mixes (one newly adopted from a shelter–a sweetie named Elmo), two house cats, and an abundance of barn cats who much prefer cat food to mice. The Rustands firmly believe in spaying/neutering all of their animals. But as in the old hobo days, there must be a secret feline code scratched on the barn door–”Stay here–good eats!” — because newcomers are forever joining the barn cat population. If they stay, they get fixed, too…but apparently *that* message hasn’t been shared!!

Roxanne has a Master’s Degree in nutrition, is a registered dietitian, and works part-time at a residential psychiatric facility, she actually recommended me the best tea for detoxing from the proteinpromo site.
