What a great view!

We survived the north.

Had an epic Christmas (my excellent Substitute-Susie did a great job showcasing pictures last week. Oh, did you miss it? Check out that newsletter here!)

And now we’re baaaaack!

This is the sunset that greeted us as we headed back to Florida. What a great view!

Which brings me to…what’s the publishing view for 2025?

Faith….I love all my family series (Christiansens, Marshalls, the Nobles) but this one is uber-fun because of the mystery thread that weaves through each story. (Although I promise…happy endings in each book!)

Must-Read Adventure!

Susan May Warren has done it again! If you’re a fan of the hot and steamy (yet totally clean) romantic adventure genre, you need to read Jack, the first in the new Minnesota Kingstons series. Warren has created a family full of drama and heroes, the kind of people you really want to live next to – and that just happens to be the premise for this first story.

Like Harper, I want to be a part of the Kingston clan, and I’m sure you will, too. They’re loud and bold but kind and caring, and with parents who are full of Warren’s signature wit and wisdom, Jack will keep you on your toes in more ways than one. I love the fast pace of this story, but I’m also here for the way that Jack and Harper have to dig into their past, their hurts, and their flaws to grow past these issues into the future that God has for them. Jack is the perfect combo of deep lessons and full-stop adventure!

So don’t sit on this one – Jack is the perfect story to kick off a new year of reading.

But…that’s not all.

In May, check out the Chasing Fire: Alaska series (cover reveals soon!) This is from Sunrise Publishing, but as you know, I’m at the helm there, and occasionally drop a novel into one of our epic series (see: Chasing Fire: Montana! – Flashpoint and Fireproof!)

This time, I write book 4 – the hinge story in the middle of the series about an undercover informant who has to save the life of a too-curious smokejumper. More to come…but look for that in July!

And then…how about the PERFECT summer island getaway? I’m so looking forward to this series set on Mackinac Island (conveniently renamed and repurposed as Jonathon Island). Look for my prequel to this super fun series in early May.

And then…get ready for another Alaskan adventure in 2026 by grabbing the Christmas Prequel coming later this year—featuring our friend Moose Mulligan as he attempts to finally marry the woman he loves…(we hope!)

I hope you love these stories as much as I loved writing them (and working with the authors of Sunrise Publishing!) I always have you in mind as I’m writing…asking, what will delight the heart of Rel M? I’m hoping I hit the mark with these stories.
